Constructed of silvered tombak, consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, with central Wehrmacht style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, on top of a crossed bayonet and stick grenade, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 42. 15 mm (w) x 53. 32 mm (h), weighing 8. 9 grams, in near mint.
